A notice is hereby given by the Town of Oak Grove, Barron County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed bids for the following. PROJECT 1 ... MAINTENANCE GRAVEL Gravel & hauling Gravel must be state tested and must meet town specifications, 3/4 dense based aggregate. Please include proof of state certification of pile to be delivered along with your bid. The town has the option to test pile. Please include average price per ton for entire project. It will be approximately 2,800 ton. A late penalty of $200.00 per day will be charged for any project not finished by the completion date. The Town Board has the right to refuse any and all bids. The Town Board requires a certificate of insurance and workman compensation with all the bids.
