Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes soft washing of the entire building, repairing of damaged concrete, painting the precast concrete section at the front entrances and decorative banding around the building, exterior soffits, and rear loading dock, cleaning glass windows. There are alternates that include pressure washing the sidewalks, circular driveway, and retaining walls, and seal exterior brick and cast stone.
