Reference Number 0000349853 The City of East Providence is seeking sealed bids for the design and installation of a new irrigation systems at Hull Street Playground. This system is to be compatible with the existing controller. This project is being funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds that require that all federal and state regulations be strictly adhered to, such as prevailing wage rates for all construction activities.
