FLINT TOWNSHIP DDA AND BRISTOL ROAD CIA FLINT TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN is seeking sealed bids for: ANNUAL SPRING CLEAN- UP/MOWING WITH LITTER PICK-UP/TRASH & LITTER PICK-UP ANNUAL SPRING CLEAN-UP/MOWING WITH LITTER PICK-UP/TRASH & LITTER PICK-UP services for the following On/Off Ramp Areas: I-75 at Corunna Rd., I-75 at Miller Rd., I-75 at Bristol Rd. West, I-75 at Bristol Rd. East and I-69 at Bristol Rd. Late proposals will not be considered. All proposals must be submitted bearing the name of the bidder and a notation "On/Off Ramp SPRING CLEAN-UP/MOWING WITH LITTER PICK-UP/TRASH & LITTER PICK- UP" Proposals can be mailed to: Tracey Tucker Flint Township DDA/ Bristol Road CIA 1490 S Dye Rd. Flint, MI 48532 Hand delivered proposals or those not delivered by the USPS must be delivered to the Clerk's Office at 1490 S Dye Rd., Flint, MI 48532 Proposals shall be prepared at the bidder's expense and become a Township record and, therefore, a public record. The services upon which proposals are submitted shall equal or exceed the specifications outlined in the Request for Bids. The Flint Township DDA and the Bristol Road CIA reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive defects, and to accept the bid which, in the opinion of the Township, is in the best interest of the Flint Township DDA or the Bristol Road CIA, and /or to re-award a bid should the successful bidder not be able to comply with the requirements of the Flint Township DDA or the Bristol Road CIA.
