With this Request for Proposal (RFP), MGC Contractors, Inc. is advertising to retain highly qualified, capable firms to propose on the CMAR, Work Packages as indicated below, for Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP-2), for the Walnut Creek WWTP Primary Clarifier and Flow Equalization Basin Rehabilitation Project. The bid documents will be available to the contracting and vendor community online in the virtual Civcast plan room (Civcastusa.com), as well as local periodicals yet to be determined. The Bid Advertisement is tentatively planned to be the second or third week of May, and will be updated in this project listing once a definitive date is scheduled. The Bid Period is anticipated to run for six (6) to seven (7) weeks and will also be determined in the near future. All times in this GMP-2, RFP are Central Standard Time (CST). MBE/WBE/DBE Certified Firms are strongly encouraged to bid.
