No definite date for the rebid.** This county of Imperial Department of Public Works is seeking the services of a Landscaping Contractor to install a new irrigation system & sod in an area of 7690 sq ft. The items offered for bid shall include all standard manufacturers' equipment. The system can be Hunter's current production model or equal quality. Sod can be Harmony Play Bermuda or equal. Schedule 40 pipes highly recommended to be used with the system. The Contractor shall possess a California Contractor's B - general building license with a C-27 Landscape or C-27 contractor license at the time of this contract is awarded. I. Scope of Work o The scope of the work is for the installation of a new irrigation system (Hunter's or equal system quality), including pipes, fittings, sprinkles, valves, and controllers. o Prepare the soil, inclusive of removal of weeds as, trees, rocks & level ground to ensure uniform sod placement, as needed to provide a final by industry standard project. o Excavate trenches for pipes, install new valves, install sprinkle heads.
