MORGAN BRIDGE RIPARIAN RESTORATION DESIGN-BUILD This a pre-solicitation notice for the Morgan Bridge Riparian Restoration. The government anticipates issuing a subsequent request for proposals (RFP) in early May 2024. More details are on the attached notice. Project Location: Work under this contract is located in Bingham County, approximately 23 miles Southeast of Blackfoot, Idaho near the intersection of the Blackfoot River Road and Lincoln Creek Road. Site entrance coordinates, 111.9269204 W, 43.0600066N. Magnitude of Construction: Between $250-500K Estimated Period of Performance: 485 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a design-build requirement for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to make riparian restorations in the Morgan Bridge project area. The work will occur within the BLM, Idaho Falls District, Pocatello Field Office, in Bingham County, approximately 23 miles Southeast of Blackfoot, Idaho. The work will consist of design and construction of the following: 1. Mobilization, 2. Survey, 3. Design, 4. Riverbank stabilization, 5. Riverbank recontouring, 6. Riparian vegetation plantings, and 7. Culvert replacement. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
