Renovation of a medical facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform the necessary work to modernize two of our elevators that are located in the main hospital. The scope of the project is to provide all materials and labor for a comprehensive and fully-functioning modernization of existing Main Hospital Elevators 13 and 14, traction elevator in a high-rise building. Elevators 13 and 14 are for patient-use, and serve four floors (ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd). The project shall be executed in two separate phases to modernize one elevator at a time, to ensure uninterrupted accessibility for patients. Existing interior of the cabs shall remain. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 4% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
