The purpose and intent of this Request for Quotation is to contract with a qualified provider to provide street sign poles and other accessories needed for the Public Works Department on an annual, as needed basis. Interested bidders may contact the City's Buyer, Sasha Burrell, with questions about the RFQ by e-mail at purchasing@greenacresfl.gov It shall be the responsibility of the successful contractor to obtain any and all permits and business tax receipts required to complete this contractual service. Contractor shall be fully license to operate and perform services as stated in this RFQ. A copy of these licenses, permits and business tax receipts shall be submitted prior to commencement of service. The City of Greenacres reserves the right to award on an "All-or-None" basis to one bidder or to award to two or more bidders, whenever it is in the best interest or most advantageous to the City of Greenacres.
