Work covered by these Technical Specifications is entitled “Construction of Water, Drainage and Paving Improvements for Townsen Blvd. for Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 152A, Montgomery County, Texas. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. The Contractor hereby agrees to begin work within ten (10) calendar days after written Notice to Proceed has been given by Engineer.
