Provide the Firm's General Contractor Group Number and Job Dollar Limitations as determined by South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. Also indicate the Firm's ability to bond the project in the amount of 100% of the total project cost, and the name of the bonding company and its rating. 2. All work specified in the job requirements must be performed by the Company that is awarded the agreement by the City of Greer. No sub-contractors can be used to perform the job requirements. 3. Contractor shall comply with the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations for all flooring products and installation materials. 4. Cutting shall be done in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, using the tools designed for the flooring being installed. 5. A list of three (3) references must be provided with the bid showing a minimum of two (2) years' experience with comparable projects. 6. All measurements and quantities supplied in this scope of work are approximate in nature and are supplied as a convenience to the contractor. The contractor is responsible for field verification of all measurements and quantities. 7. The contractor shall perform all work, make all deliveries, and have access to work areas between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. 8. Job Site must be cleaned up at the end of each day. No debris, construction materials, etc. are to be left overnight. Project Description: The City of Greer is requesting bids from experienced General Contractors for the Flooring Replacement at Needmore Recreation Center. The awarded respondent will ensure all work is performed to a high standard and in a timely fashion. The awarded respondent will work closely with City Representatives to coordinate scheduling and access to Needmore Recreation Center.
