As of June 17, 2024, project is awarded to Minnesota Dirt Works Inc in the amount of $1,428,771.95. construction of the: 2022- 103 Lower Lyndale Avenue Reconstruction Project Which consists of: 1. Approximately 3600 cubic yards of common excavation, 2. Approximately 12700 square yards of bituminous pavement removal, 3. Approximately 3400 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 4. Approximately 3000 tons of bituminous plant mixture, 5. Approximately 7900 tons of Class 5 aggregate base, 6. Approximately 1200 linear feet of 15" storm sewer, 7. Approximately 11400 linear feet of pavement markings, 8. Approximately 4100 square yards of sodding/seeding, The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to award the contract in whole or in part, and to award to the bidder the City determines is in the City's best interest.
