Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Hampton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The project addition consists of a new competition gym with seating for 1,500 spectators, adjacent locker rooms, entry lobby and F.C.S. classroom with relocated commercial cooking equipment. The addition does include a mechanical and electrical mezzanine space located above the lobby area which hosts an air handling unit, and other mechanical and electrical equipment. Other mechanical and electrical work includes roof top units for associated spaces, fire sprinkler, and new fire alarm systems. Renovation work consists of replacing existing laboratory casework and equipment in an existing chemistry classroom. Re-purposing the existing Family and Consumer Science (FCS) classroom to become an Art room with kiln. The renovation work also reconfigures the existing restrooms and adjacent classroom into a new restroom suite. Associated renovation work also includes new windows and egress doors and the relocation of existing equipment as outlined in the project documents. Mechanical and electrical work in the existing building includes new lighting and re-configured ductwork and piping for renovated spaces.
