The Regional Municipality of Peel (herein referred to as the Agency) is seeking to retain an experienced Commissioning Provider (hereinafter the Vendor) to undertake the overall commissioning process during the design and construction of two new affordable housing projects, the Chelsea Gardens and Peel Manor Senior Rental Projects (hereinafter the Projects). The Vendor will be required to resource and deliver all required tasks and deliverables with one competent project team for both Projects simultaneously. The Commissioning Provider shall be experienced in leading the full commissioning process. The successful firm shall assemble a competent team to provide comprehensive and multi-disciplinary commissioning services that will include, but are not limited to, building envelope components, mechanical, electrical, life safety, security, communications, and specialized equipment to deliver full independent commissioning for these Projects from the design stage to full occupancy including seasonal post occupancy testing. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
