As of July 15, 2024, no bids received. Removal of asphalt and concrete pavement, railroad tie retaining wall, and wood railing construction of reinforced concrete driveway, cement concrete curb, retaining wall, chain link fence and railing, drainage structures and drainage pipe, restoration of paving surfaces, gravel shoulders, and landscaping, relocation of a mailbox, and other miscellaneous work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening.
