Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a library in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 26,270-square-foot, one-story above grade library; for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a library.

Scope of work includes construction of two (N) Library Buildings for the County of Fresno. The first structure will be a Regional Library facility located in Clovis, CA and will be roughly 26,000 SF. The second structure will be and a Branch Library facility located in Reedley, CA and will be roughly 13,500 SF. Both structures will have concrete foundations with Structural Steel and Mtl Stud Framing. Trades Bidding will include all trades but those specifically listed above. Performance and Payment bonds may be required if bid amount is greater than $150,000 and for all subcontractors. The bond must be from a company rated "A VII" or above by AM Best. The cost of the bond must be broken out in your bid.
