Home Repair- Walk In Shower and HVAC Replacement CDBG Project. Prevent future water damage (e.g. eaves, gutters, if appropriate). Also, replace existing gas furnace and evaporative cooler with an electric heat pump HVAC system. Prevent future water damage (e.g. eaves, gutters, if appropriate). Also, replace existing gas furnace and evaporative cooler with an electric heat pump HVAC system. Objective/Scope of Work The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, services, transportation and perform all the work for the County’s project known as CDBG Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation for Cochise County, Arizona as called for in the above Project Description and in any included Specifications. The contractor should prepare a time schedule for completion. The selected contractor will be required to assist in the documentation necessary for compliance with all applicable federal and other requirements of ADOH. The selected contractor should be prepared to comply with all local, state and federal safety and environmental requirements. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with all federal program and state statutory requirements to include 2 CFR 200, Executive Orders and the Arizona Administrative Code.
