Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash deposit, or bid bond, made payable to the City of Credit River in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City All Work including Bituminous Pavement Removal, Concrete Removal, Removals, Bituminous Paving, Concrete Curb and Gutter, Traffic Signs, and Driveway Matching will be substantially completed on or before October 11, 2024, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before November 1, 2024.
