Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a service station / car wash facility; for the construction of a 6,600-square-foot service station / car wash facility; service station / car wash facility; and for paving for a service station / car wash facility.

The work of this Contract is based upon an identified need to replace aging facilities and increase storage and workspace. The project base items generally consist of the demolition of the existing maintenance shop including existing septic systems, demolition of existing fuel facility, construction of a new septic system, construction of a new fuel facility, and construction of a new 6,600 square foot maintenance facility including 3,000 square feet of office space. Additionally, the project includes work associated with bringing utilities including electrical, gas, and water to the site as well as general site grading and pavement. Question Cutoff Date: 5/22/2024 12:00:00 PM (ET) Generally, the Project includes the following alternative proposal items: o Construction of a covered storage structure including foundation for a PEMB canopy, PEMB canopy, electrical feeder, lighting, power, and fixtures; o Repair and painting of Wood Shop building panels; o Generator (equipment and installation); o Hydraulic lift (equipment and installation); o Deduct for changing sod to hydro mulch; o Installation of additional gravel outside designated base bid concrete pavement; o Deduct for changing designated areas from concrete pavement to crushed concrete base gravel.
