Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to the Order of Upper Moreland Township or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. Project consists of a new steel framed masonry clad 20,400 square foot two-story police facility with partial basement, protected police vehicle parking, associated site work, and an Alternate to fully renovate the existing 27,600 square foot Township building with some small additions.
