Renovation of a military facility in Pineville, Louisiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This is official notification that the referenced RFx has been cancelled due to no bids received. In accordance with La. R.S. 37:2165. A. (1), a Contractors' License Number in the appropriate classification(s) such as mechanical must appear on the bid opening envelope on all projects in the amount of $10,000.00 or more (and $1.00 or more if hazardous materials are involved). Failure to do so shall eliminate your bid from consideration. In accordance with La. R.S. 37:2165 C, anyone objecting to the above classification(s) must send a certified letter to both the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and the Office of State Procurement. The letter must be received no later than 10 working days prior to the day on which the bid is to be opened. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove the broken boiler system and replace with a new boiler system at the Central Maintenance Facility (CMF) 119 West Range Road, Pineville, LA 71360 for the Louisiana Department of Military Affairs (DMA) as per Attachment C - Specifications.
