CR Number: 2109153 OPWDD is soliciting quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB or NYS small business contractors to provide interior preparation and painting service to Sunmount DDSO, at 48 St Lawrence in RIT 2 This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State Small Businesses, New York State businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A and 17-B of the New York State Executive Law - Empire State Development Corporation Certified Minority or Woman Owned business (MWBE) or New York State Office of General Services Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) only. Please provide a copy of your firm's certification documents when submitting a quote. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: 1 year County(ies): All NYS counties Location: Sunmount DDSO 2445 State Route 30 Tupper Lake, NY 12986 Prepare interior, then paint all surfaces. The vendor shall provide all Materials and labor necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project, and prevailing wages are to be paid. Certified Payrolls must be submitted at time of completion. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work if supplied. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no materials or equipment, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of interior/exterior house and outbuildings painting, before removal of equipment, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Maintenance Supervisor 2, Max Gerstenberger. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Patch and prepare all interior walls. 2. Prime Interior Walls. 3. Prepare all interior trim and woodwork. 4. Paint interior walls with 2 coats of interior paint. Colors to be decided by OPWDD staff. 5. Refinish all interior trim and woodwork to match original finishes. 6. All work is to be performed by OSHA standards. 7. All paint debris must be cleaned up by Contractor. 8. Follow Part 2 and Part 3 in General Requirements. 9. Project includes all rooms in home except 4 bathrooms. All questions or requests for information must be submitted in writing to max.l.gerstenberger@opwdd.ny.gov.
