Richardson Independent School District (RISD) is accepting sealed proposals for LARGE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT for RISD Child Nutrition Department. This is a solicitation to establish an agreement, which will allow for the legal acquisition of Commercial Kitchen Equipment Replacements such as Steamers, Warmers, Ovens, Milk Boxes, and Ice Machines on an as needed basis by RISD Child Nutrition Department. OVERVIEW: The Richardson Independent School District is located in northern Dallas County, Texas and its boundaries include parts of Richardson, Dallas, and Garland Cities. The District currently serves approximately 38,000 students in its 4 high schools, 8 junior high schools, 37 elementary schools, 1 non-traditional high school and 1 alternative learning center PURPOSE: The intent of this procurement solicitation is to establish responsive and responsible vendor(s), known as a company or firm whose purpose is to provide products for the procurement of goods and/or services within the scope of products/services offered with this solicitation on an as needed basis. All products and services submitted for consideration, unless otherwise noted, must be appropriate for commercial kitchens.
