Reference Number 0000350036 This project is to install a new membrane roof system at three City of Enid Water Plant locations: Enid Water Plant #2, Cleo Springs Plant and Ringwood Plant. Question Deadline 05/07/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online Yes. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Statutory 100 %. A Business Relationships Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Cashier's Check, a certified check or a surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of base bid as a guaranty, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and to successful bidders upon approval of the contract and submission of a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Statutory Bond and a 100% Maintenance Bond. On all bids below the amount of $100,000.00, the City of Enid reserves the right to waive any or all bond requirements. *The City of Enid, Oklahoma reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
