1. Supply, Install, Program, and Commission New Vesda Model Veu-a10 Aspirating Smoke Detectors to Replace the Existing Fenwal Analaser Smoke Detectors in All Valve Groups, Except for Vg23 (Previously Completed).
I. Program the New Vesda Units, Utilizing the Aspire Program and Existing Pipe Design Drawing Details From the Existing Fenwal Pipework Design.
Ii. New Vedas Shall Be Directly Monitored by the Main Facp. Provide and Install New Red,3/4 Conduit, Wiring and Monitoring Modules as Required.
Iii. Supply New Unions for the Pipework Above the New Vesda Units.
2. Supply, Install, Program and Commission New Relay Modules at All Vesda Locations to Control Spring / Fall Sensitivity Input. Relay Module Shall Be Notifier Model Frm. Including Installing New Monitoring Modules at the Vg23 Vesdas Previously Installed.
3. Supply, Install, Program and Commission New Notifier Model Acps-610 Power Supplies to Replace the Existing Fenwal Analaser Power Supplies in All Valve Groups. Including Installing New Power Supplies at the Vg23 Vesdas Previously Installed.
I. Provide and Install in New Back-box With Terminal Blocks.
Ii. Provide and Install New Batteries.
4. Supply, Install, Program and Commission a New Softkey Button on an Acs Annunciator Located at the Main Fire Alarm Control Panel for Vesda Spring / Fall Sensitivity Settings.
I. Install New Acs Annunciator Board and Revise Drawings as Required.
Ii. Sensitivity Settings to Be Determined by Supplier and Manitoba Hydro Fire Systems Support Specialist.
5. Provide Consulting Services to Supply Drawings for Issue for Construction and Final as-builts
I. Provide New Drawings and Update Existing Drawings as Required for All the New Vesda Installations.
Ii. Provide New, Sealed, Ifc Drawings for the Recently Installed Vg23 Vesda Installation.
Iii. Provide as-built Drawings for the All the Installations.
6. Provide Shop Drawings and Installation Sheets.
7. All Communication for the Project is Through the Manitoba Hydro Project Manager. Site Access to Be Coordinated With the Manitoba Hydro Contract Administrator.
8. All Work is to Be Performed in Accordance With the Framework Agreement and the Framework Agreement Appendices.
9. Provide Brady Heat Shrink Wire Tags for All New Connections. Labels to Match Drawing.
10. Provide New Lamacoids for Detectors and New Power Supply/ Battery Enclosure.
11. Provide Labels for All Conduit. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/04/25 01:00:00 AM EDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
