Work to include but not limited: Power washing and inspecting T-Lock lining of lift station wet well with engineer, repair T-Lock lining as directed by engineer, removal and replacement of interior wet well piping, abrasive blast and recoat of above ground piping, cleaning and coating of manhole, and provide bypass pumping for facilitating the lift station rehab. Complete in Place. The deadline to ask questions is 5/06/2024 10:00 AM CST A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. A. Rehabilitate the existing Onsite Lift Station of the wastewater treatment plant. B. Rehabilitate the existing Force Main Manhole No. 2.
