The Project consists of constructing one replacement lift station including wet well, pumps, piping, force main, connection to existing sewer system, electrical controls & transfer switch, demolition of existing lift station, temporary maintenance of sewage flows, and all necessary appurtenances. The successful Bidder, or Bidders, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of the contract written by a responsible surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas and satisfactory to the Owner. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest responsible bid. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids.
