Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Dauphin Island, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a 675-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

1. The respondent will provide a cost for both labor and materials to construct the new restroom facility to the specifications in the engineered drawings provided. The proposal shall also include labor and materials to connect the building to electricity and water services once construction of the building is complete. *A boring/compaction test will not be required. (Required proposal) 2. The respondent may provide an additional alternate proposal to demolish and haul away the existing restroom building. The new facility will be located in the same location as the existing building. (Optional proposal) 3. Respondents must be properly licensed, insured, and bonded. The Town should be listed as an additional insured. Must be insured for at least $1,000,000. 4. If awarded the contract, the respondent must take care not to damage trees in Cadillac Square during the construction process. The area must be properly secured to prevent injuries from bystanders and those enjoying the park. The area must be kept clean. All parties submitting proposals for this project are strongly encouraged to visit the current Cadillac Squarerestroom facility prior to proposal submission to ensure there is a clear understanding of the scope of work to be performed. The Cadillac Squarerestroom facility is generally available for inspection daily during daylight hours.
