No definite date for rebid.** Removing current art panels and signs, repairing and adjusting tower bracing, straightening steel beams, minor repairs to concrete foundation pedestals, cleaning the existing structure and painting lower portion of the tower. The B Street Tower Parklet Project is located at 304 B Street in West Sacramento and the scope of work includes: Removing current art panels and signs, repairing and adjusting tower bracing, straightening steel beams, cleaning the existing structure and painting lower portion of the tower. In addition, the work will include adding a concrete slab under the tower which connects to the existing path. Question Deadline 10/18/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Bid Security in the form of a cashiers check, certified check, or Bid bond executed on the prescribed form, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid price payable to the City of West Sacramento. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" General Engineering Contractor's License in the State of California. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening, and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid. The engineer's estimate is: Base Bid: $656,000 Bid Alternative 1: $44,000 Bid Alternative 2: $95,721
