All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Separate Envelope Containing the Contractor's License and Bid Security. Bidders Will Be Required to Provide a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of Bid Amount. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide Performance and Payment Bonds Of 100 Percent of Bid Amount. Contractors May Be Requested to Submit contractor's Qualification Statement. Owner Reserves Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities Or Informalities in Bids or Bidding.
