The City of Hamilton (the "City") invites interested parties to submit sealed statements of qualifications for general contracting services related to its Riversedge Ampitheater project . Question Deadline 04/24/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Any questions concerning this RFQ should be directed in writing via email to the City via Electronically. The Project is anticipated to construct foundation, concrete walkways and driveways, erosion control, steel roof framing capable of supporting a minimum of 100,000 pounds rigging load in addition to roof weight, fencing, and a stage. Community Design Alliance is acting as the Criteria Architect. The City will evaluate Statements of Qualifications submitted and then issue a Request for Proposals to those qualified firms for technical and pricing proposals based on preliminary designs the City will provide. The City, at its discretion, may hold discussions with one or more individual or associated candidate firms to explore the firm(s)'s Statements of Qualifications, the scope and nature of the services the firm(s) would provide, and the various technical approaches the firm(s) may take toward the Project. NO CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE OR FEE IS REQUESTED AT THIS TIME.
