Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority (LCFPA) Will Receive Sealed Bids for the Building Renovation at 15 Camryn Way, Forty Fort, PA 18704. The project will be completed under the following prime contract(s): Contract No. 1- Site Construction Contract No. 2- General Construction Contract No. 3- Mechanical Construction Contract No. 4- Fire Protection Construction Contract No. 5- Electrical Construction Each bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security that shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Base Bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, and a Statement of Bidders Qualification. The successful Bidder will be required to obtain a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. Refer to other bidding requirements described in the Instruction to Bidders. Each bid must be submitted on the Bid Form provided. Bidders shall not alter this form in anyway.
