PA Prevailing Wage rates are applicable for the Paving project. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of bid, made payable to the Municipality. A 100% performance bond and a liability insurance certificate will be required from the awarded contractor. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, either in full or in part. or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
