Renovation of a library in Clinton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Missouri Prevailing Wage Law requires that all workers working on public works projects by or on behalf of state and local public bodies be paid the proper prevailing wage rate on projects valued at more than $75,000.00. The Henry County Library Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of the bid, or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the Henry County Library.
