Structural Repairs and Playing Field Renovations - The Board of Education of the Sharon City School District, Sharon, Pennsylvania will receive sealed proposals for Sharon Tiger Stadium, Structural repairs and Playing Field renovations, located at 1129 E. State Street, Sharon, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. Owner Rights: Sharon City School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids received as a result of this request and to waive any informality, technical defect or clerical error in any bid, as the interests of the District may require. Non-acceptance of any bid will be devoid of any criticism of the bid and of any implication that the bid is deficient in any manner. Non-acceptance of any bid shall be construed as meaning simply that the District does not deem the bid to be acceptable or that another bid was deemed to be more advantageous to the District for the particular services proposed. Bond Notes: Unless otherwise indicated below, the Penal Sum of the Payment and Performance Bonds shall be the amount of the Contract Sum. (If Payment or Performance Bonds are to be in an amount other than 100% of the Contract Sum, indicate the dollar amount or percentage of the Contract Sum.)
