Bids Shall Be Made on the Forms of Proposal Provided in the Bidding Documents and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder Must Submit Their Bids in a Sealed Package Bearing Their Name and Address and Should Be Delivered to: Bergen Arts and Science Charter School 33-00 Broadway, Suite#301, Fair Lawn Nj 07410, Attn: Katarzyna Dubilo Passaic Arts and Science Charter School Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Reject Any Bids Not Responsive to the Specifications. If Awarded the Contract, Bidders Will Be Required to Comply With the 10:5-31 Et Seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27 St.seq. (Mandatory Affirmative Action Language) and Any Other Federal and New Jersey Statutes Not Specifically Mentioned Here.
