Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Work under this contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials for the construction of a 4,500 psi Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) Pad at Ingleside Compost Facility (ICF) and at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF). The Ingleside Compost Facility is located at 3001 Ingleside Drive, High Point, NC 27295, and the Material Recovery Facility is located at 5875 Riverdale Drive, Jamestown, NC 27282. These projects will consist of various pay items which include but is not limited to mobilization, comprehensive grading, roller compacted concrete, undercut excavation, incidental stone base, curb and gutter, and a contingency allowance. No proposal shall be considered or accepted by the City Council unless at the time of its filing the same shall be accompanied by a deposit with the City of High Point of a certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. A separate performance and payment bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required after bid award.
