The City of Brownsville Does Not Have a Specific Project to Be Bid on but is Seeking a Fee Schedule From CMARS Based On General Conditions Plus a Graduated Schedule Determined by the Valuation Of Each Project, Plus the CMAR Being on Call to the City of Brownsville Staff for Any Questions Regarding the Improvement, Replacement, Upgrades, Renovations, Expert Advice, Which is Separate And Apart From the Fee Schedule. No Electronic or Facsimile Copies of the Proposal Will Be Accepted. Each Response Must Be Received in A Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked on the Outside of the Envelope With the Proposal Opening Date and Time and Shall Be Marked "construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)". The City of Brownsville, TN Does Not Guarantee Award of a Contract and Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals and to Waive Any Informality Or Irregularity in Any Proposal Received.
