Renovation of the Nautilus Drive Fire Company for the Township of Stafford General Description of the Project: Alterations and additions to the Nautilus Drive Fire House consisting of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to add a 480 square foot storage/electrical room addition, exterior 80 KW generator, three (3) sided CMU wall enclosure for the generator, electrical, mechanical, and site work modifications to include a driveway connection between the First Aid and Fire House parking lots and parking stalls as shown on the Contract Drawings and as specified herein for a complete project. BID SECURITY: Bidder shall submit with their bid an electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to the Township of Stafford, along with a Surety Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful Bidder's contract. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq., and Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the Prevailing Wage Act No oral interpretation and or clarification of the meaning of the specifications will be made to the bidder.
