The Owner Requires The Project To Be Substantially Completed By August 19, 2022. All Questions Relative To This Project Prior To Opening Of Bids Shall Be Directed To The Project Engineer: Ken R. Berg, Pe Of Berg Civil Engineering (801) 616-1677. All Bidders Are Required To Have Payment And Performance Bonds Underwritten By A Surety Company Approved By The U.s. Department Of The Treasury. (Circular 570, Latest Edition) Lehi City Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Proposals, Or Any Part Of Any Proposal. Lehi City Reserves The Right To Waive Any Informality In Part Or In Whole If It Is Deemed To Be In The Best Interest Of Lehi City All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to he submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
