The City of Dickson will be accepting sealed bids for the on-call concrete sidewalk contract. This contract will be for services starting July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2029. All bids must be submitted on the official City of Dickson Concrete Sidewalk Proposal Form with Proposal Certification Signed in a sealed envelope. The outside of the bid envelope should have the words (2024 Concrete Sidewalk Proposal) written on it. This Bid will not require a Bid Bond. The City of Dickson hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability in consideration for an award.
