Includes controls, electrical work, structural wall and fencing, installation and/or replacement of primary hot water distribution, pumps, flues and hydronic equipment to support the installation of the new boilers. LICENSURE: All bidders whose scope of work requires a Florida DBPR license must submit a copy of their current license with their bid. BONDS: All bids of $100,000 or more require a 5% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check. All contracts of $100,000 or more will require a Performance & Payment Bond. E-Verify: Pursuant to 448.095, Fla. Stat., Contractor must be registered with and use the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all new employees hired by Contractor during the term of this Agreement.
