The Construction of: Buckner Park Phase 1 Buckner Park Phase 1 - Buckner Park includes the construction of two (2) new basketball courts, two (2) tennis courts, a pavilion, a playground, a restroom building, a retaining wall, fencing, and a parking lot with approximately 40 parking spaces. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Agreement, General Conditions, Supplemental Each bid must be submitted on forms provided in Bid Documents and either accompanied by a Bid Bond, properly executed on the form provided, or Cashier's Check drawn on a National or Tennessee Bank in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. The City of Dickson shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids if said body deems it necessary in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Dickson.
