Sarasota County is soliciting for a contractor to provide periodic cleaning and maintenance for consoles at the County's 911 call center. The facility is staffed twenty-four hours per day, and all services shall be conducted with minimal to no disruption to operations. The County anticipates an initial contract term of three years. Question Submission Deadline: May 3, 2024, 5:00pm Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted electronically via online Each offeror is responsible for full compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws, ordinances and regulations. The offeror shall have and must provide all applicable insurance, permits, licenses, etc. which may be required by federal, state or local law as requested by the County. The successful offeror shall be required to submit proof of all licenses and/or certifications required by the County upon request. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request clarifications or additional information from offerors.
