This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission to prospective proponents to submit proposals for AMI Battery Replacement project. This project involves the replacement of approximately 130 end-of-life back up batteries for collectors and repeaters that make up Halifax Water's Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). These collector/repeaters are primarily installed on Nova Scotia Power Utility poles, approximately 30 feet high on streetlight davit arms, throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality.
