Renovation of an educational facility in Beaumont, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Scope of Work for the Air Handler Replacement Project includes (and as more specifically set out in the Project Manual): replacement of air handling unit including minor demolition/repairs to set AHU in place. Question Deadline 04/30/2024 at 4:00 PM CT For questions regarding this Request for CSP, please email bids@bmtisd.com. Questions will be responded to no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2024. The estimated Notice to Proceed date is: June 3, 2024 The estimated date of Substantial Completion follows: December 31, 2024 . The BISD reserves the right to accept or reject any Submission or any part thereof or any combination of Submissions and to waive any or all formalities. All responses in the Submission may be used by the BISD in the selection process. The BISD reserves the right to verify the accuracy and completeness of all responses by utilizing any information available to the BISD without regard to whether such information appears in the Submission. During construction, the balancing agency shall inspect the installation of the piping systems, sheetmetal work, temperature controls, energy management system, and other component parts of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. One inspection shall take place when 60% of the ductwork is installed and another inspection shall take place when 90% of the equipment is installed. The balancing agency shall submit a brief written report of each inspection to the architect and engineer.
