The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, except that Hancock County retains the right to reject any or all bids when it is in the best interest of the county. The Hancock County, Indiana Highway Department is accepting bids for Micro-surface (double course), as per INDOT and listed specifications. The quoted price shall be lump sum per street to include all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, sweeping, mobilization and incidentals to complete the projects. Work shall be completed by 13 AUG 2025. Or $100/day Liquidated damages. The Hancock County Engineer and Highway Department appreciates your time and effort in preparing and submitting your quote.
