T-349 0.20 Miles 1 Milling of Bituminous Paving Notch 100 LF 2 WMA Wearing Course (Scratch and Leveling) 9.5 M 116 Tons 3 WMA Wearing Course 9.5 Mm Mix Level I (50 Gyra 174 Tons 4 2RC Aggregate Shoulders 77 Tons Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The contractor will submitt a sampling plan for all bituminous products to the municipality. Sampling will be according to Publication 408. All samples shall be submitted to the municipality and will be stored and maintained until one year after the projects ia accepted. The following items must be provided by the contractor: Bituminous Paving Mix Design Sheets Delivery tickets for all materials. CS 4171 Certificate of Compliance, for all materials. If a Bituminous Price Adjustment is anticipated the contractor shall notify the municipality in writing, including an estimated cost associated with the adjustment. The municipality reserves the right to adjust quantities, if necessary, to meet budget constraints.
