The City of Mansfield (City) is soliciting sealed bids to award an annual contract for the mowing of medians, rights-of-way, and municipal sites and properties within the City. Included in this agreement, the successful Contractor may also be assigned code enforcement mowing projects as designated by the City. The successful Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and public safety equipment necessary to perform this work. The intent of this bid is to establish an agreement with a qualified Contractor to provide this service for the City, whenever needed during a twelve (12) month period. At the City's option, the agreement may be renewed for four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods, then from month-to-month until a new agreement is established or the agreement is terminated. This will be a multi-Contractor agreement whereby, should the primary Contractor be unable to fulfill the City's order in the time frame requested; the City reserves the right to use another Contractor.
