Scope of Work This is for an annual preventative maintenance agreement for a Millipore Milli-Q Water Purification System in Research Services at the Boise VA Medical Center. This is an RFQ for the following: An annual preventative maintenance agreement for a Millipore Milli-Q Water Purification System. See Section B.2, Price/Cost Schedule and Section D.1 Statement of Work for full requirements. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized distributor/reseller and maintenance service provider for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter. All questions must be received prior to 1:00pm on 6/24/2024.
